This is one of my favorite meals to make. It is wicked quick and easy to make but also tastes delicious. Warning: You will have to convince your friends that you actually made this dish because they will think you got it from an Indian restaurant.
Here are the ingredients:
- 1 Lb of Chicken thighs
- 1 bag of Trader Joes pre-cut cauliflower
- 1 jar of Trader Joes curry sauce
- 1 package of pita bread
- 1 cup of your favorite rice
Begin with cooking the rice. Just follow the instructions on the bag. (You got this.)
Then cut the chicken thighs into small cubes and combine with the curry sauce in a medium size pot. Bring the Sauce to a boil and cook on high heat for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes add in the pre-cut cauliflower and cook for another 5 minutes.
Lastly, heat the pita bread in the microwave for 45 seconds and get ready to eat!
Now run to Trader Joes and get cooking!
